Founded in 1976, CroisiEurope River Cruises is a family-owned business that is known for its bespoke river cruises. The majority of CroisiEurope’s fleet is capable of carrying between 100 to 200 passengers, which adds to its small and boutique-like atmosphere. The company specializes in river cruises of all sizes, from the “greats” such as the Seine, Rhine, or Danube, to the smaller and more specific rivers like the Rhône, Saône, and the Douro.

Since CroisiEurope is a French company, it specializes in barge trips across the country, including hard to reach areas that larger ships normally can’t swim through (like the Provence canal or Doubes Valley). Following in the footsteps of mega cruising companies, CroisiEurope also has specially themed tours, such as family-friendly cruises, hiking tours, biking river cruises, gastronomic delights, and even Christmas markets and New Year cruises.
